What's changed
The product text for Encompass Protection in the Product Library was previously attributed to MLC as the provider. This has now been corrected — Encompass Protection is attributed to Encompass.
What this means for you
Because provider logos merge into your documents based on the provider recorded against a product, this update means the correct Encompass logo will now appear wherever Encompass Protection is included in a Plan — instead of the MLC logo.
New Plans that include Encompass Protection will automatically merge the correct Encompass logo.
If you have a Plan already in progress that includes Encompass Protection, we recommend reviewing it before you present or publish, to confirm the Encompass logo has merged correctly.
💡 Note: If an in-progress Plan is still showing the MLC logo for this product, remove and re-add Encompass Protection and remerge the document, or contact support if the issue persists.
Where to check this
Open the Plan, go to the Product step, then the Insurance Products tab, and select Encompass Protection under Product.
