What is the IressId:
IressID is a centralised identity management system that provides secure, streamlined access across Iress products. How to avoid issues
Log in to Xplan first,
Within the same browser, log in to Advice Designer
Click on the integrations chain icon, top right.
Click on the ellipse icon "⋮", in line with the Xplan site you wish to connect and
Select Connect.
You will be prompted to 'Allow the Application'
What to expect when connecting the standard route
Click on the integrations chain icon, top right.
Click on the ellipse icon "⋮", in line with the Xplan site you wish to connect and
Select Connect.
You will be redirected to the new Xplan login page
Including the authentication, whichever MFA method you configured
*Once successfully logged in, you'll experience a Traceback error.
Reopen Advice Designer
Click on the integrations chain icon, top right.
Click on the ellipse icon "⋮", in line with the Xplan site you wish to connect and
Select Connect.
You'll be prompted to allow the application
Once Allowed, your Advice Designer integration window will refresh
