Advice Designer's two way integration with Xplan allows users to push advice documents, including any supporting documents, back into Xplan as a file note.

How to Export Content
Navigate to a published plan
(Suggested) Click on the Presentation chevron to view the Supporting Documents & Advice Document attachments
Click on the (top right) vertical ellipse icon "ā®"
Select Export content
Set a Document Type
IF Necessary Change the Subject
Select
You will receive a notification once the documents have been stored in Xplan.
