Blank Scope of Advice

Troubleshooting when creating a plan with a blank scope of advice list

For users who create plans across multiple workspaces.

User Experience:

When multiple browser sessions are being utilised for different workspaces, the Scope of Advice pages can fail to load correctly.

1st Solution:

Simply refresh your browser session. The results should be a normal listing of all scope areas.

Uncommon results may include an error message stating a lack of permission.

2nd Solution:

After refreshing your browser

  1. Click on the Avatar logo at the top right

  2. Select Workspaces

  3. Select the workspace in which the plan exists

  4. Using either the plans tab or recent plans, navigate to the plan

  5. Click on the Scope chevron
