Importing a client
How to import a client
Click on the Clients tab
Click on '+ Add Client'
Select which App to import your client from
Search and select your client
Select the Adviser or Invite Adviser
Click the Import button
You will receive a notification and email to confirm client import
💡Note: Should your client import fail you will receive an email noting the Xplan field group which was the cause.
