Once you have published your plan it will be ready to be shared with the client via an email invitation, which is secured with Two Factor Authentication.
Sharing the Plan Presentation
💡Note: Only published plans can be shared with clients
How to share the Plan Presentation with the client:
Once you've published your plan, View Presentation
Within the Presentation, click on the ':' ellipse menu (top right)
Select Invite to the Presentation
Select the client's preferred email address
Click Save
💡Note: Only email addresses stored against the client for whom the Plan has been created will be listed
How a client receives the Presentation
The client will receive an email including the invitation link.
💡Note: The invitation will be sent by the user, reflecting their name as the inviter.
Once the client clicks the View invitation link, they will be redirected to Advice Designer.
The client will have to confirm their email address.
Once Submitted, they will receive a One Time Passcode via email.
💡Note: The client's session will last 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, if inactive they will need to request a new temporary passcode using the steps above.
