Workspace User Types
Within a Workspace there are Financial Adviser and Non-Financial Adviser user types.
A Financial Adviser user will be associated with clients, as an Adviser, and can therefore NOT be removed from the workspace nor can their type be changed.
A Non-Financial Adviser user can not be associated with a client as an Adviser. This type is reserved for support staff.
💡Note: The Financial Adviser type is a charged subscription.
