How to invite a user into your Workspace

Workspace Users

Adding a user to your Workspace as a Admin/Member gives them access to all Clients and existing Plans in the Workspace. They will also have the ability to create new plans.


Review the User Roles & Permissions for further details

💡Note: Only an Admin user has access to invite or remove another user.

To Invite a User

  1. Click on the Avatar logo at the top right and select Your Profile.

  2. Click on the Workspace tab and view the workspace by selecting the vertical ellipse icon ""

  3. Click on the User tab and select the Invite User button.

  4. Capture the email address, select a Admin/Member role and select a Financial/Non-financial Adviser type.

💡Note: The Financial Adviser type is a charged subscription. Only users who need to be reflected as the client adviser requires this type.
