Workspace Users
Adding a user to your Workspace as a Admin/Member gives them access to all Clients and existing Plans in the Workspace. They will also have the ability to create new plans.
Review the User Roles & Permissions for further details
💡Note: Only an Admin user has access to invite or remove another user.
To Invite a User
Click on the Avatar logo at the top right and select Your Profile.
Click on the Workspace tab and view the workspace by selecting the vertical ellipse icon "⋮"
Click on the User tab and select the Invite User button.
Capture the email address, select a Admin/Member role and select a Financial/Non-financial Adviser type.
💡Note: The Financial Adviser type is a charged subscription. Only users who need to be reflected as the client adviser requires this type.
