How to permanently delete a client

Once deleted, there are no backsies - you cannot undo this action. All client data, plans (including Presentations) records will be permanently removed.

Deleting a client permanently removes all their data from your Workspace, including associated entities and plans. This action is irreversible and should only be used when you need to completely remove a client's information from the system.

💡Note: Only an Admin user has access to delete client profiles. You can only delete a client if you have archived them first.

When deleting a client group owner entity, all attached entities and their associated plans will be permanently deleted together. This ensures the complete removal of the client's data structure.

How to delete a client

  1. First, ensure the client has been archived (clients must be archived before deletion is possible).

  2. Navigate to your Client List and filter to view archived Clients:

  3. Locate the archived client you wish to delete permanently.

  4. Click on the client profile and select the Settings or More Options menu "".

  5. Select Delete Client from the dropdown menu

  6. Confirm the deletion by reviewing the warning message and typing the client name to verify your intent.

  7. Click Delete Permanently to complete the action.
