Advice Designer's first phase integration with Worksorted allows users to push advice documents, including any supporting documents, directly to a client within Worksorted.
💡Note: The ability to export content is only available for Published plans.
How to Export Content to Worksorted (Notes & Jobs)
Navigate to a published plan
(Suggested) Click on the Presentation chevron to view the Supporting Documents & Advice Document attachments
Click on the (top right) vertical ellipse icon "⋮"
Select Export content
Set Export to App to Worksorted
Click Next
Search and select your Worksorted client profile
Select Export to Notes
To view within Worksorted, navigate to the client's profile and locate the Notes widgetChoose Category & Sub Category
OR Select Export to Jobs
Choose from any existing Jobs
To view within Worksorted, navigate to the client's profile and locate the Current Job widget.Click Export
You'll be notified via notifications once your documents have been successfully exported to Worksorted
⚠️Important:
Documents larger the 20mb will not be sent (Worksorted does not support it).
If the total document size is <20mb, documents will be sent as multiple notes (ie, 2 documents as 8mb and 10mb, and 3 documents as 3mb)Documents with the same name will only send one document (ie if all supporting documents are named "PDS.pdf" only one of the files will be uploaded to Worksorted.)
