How to publish a plan

A plan should only be published once all advice, research, modelling, and supporting attachments have been finalised for the sake of further workflow benefits.

The Benefits

A published plan will enable the presentation to be shared (via email) with the client, including all uploaded supporting documents.

Additionally, a published plan will enable the attached documents to be exported to both Xplan, MyProsperity and WorkSorted, streamlining your advice workflow for further efficiency.

πŸ’‘Important Note: A 'Published' plan is locked and cannot be edited. This is not a reversible state.

How to publish a plan

  1. Within the Plan, navigate to the Presentation chevron

  2. Select the Advice Outline tab

  3. Click the Publish button (bottom right)
