In Advice Designer, we resurface the Client(s), Partner and Related Entities profiles when creating a Review.
This allows users to review and edit client details during authoring. These changes can be synced back to Xplan to maintain a single source of truth.
๐กNote: Advice Designer does not accommodate custom fields. Custom fields and custom options are different. A custom option within a standard field will seamlessly feed through to Advice Designer
How to add client data
Using the left-hand menu, navigate to the section you wish to add data to

Using the left-hand menu, navigate to the section you wish to edit
How to remove client data
Using the left-hand menu, navigate to the section you wish to remove data from
Click on the Vertical Ellipse โโฎโ, in line with the data entry
Click Delete
๐กImportant Note: Data deleted from Advice Designer client profiles, once exported back to Xplan, will not remove the data from the client's Xplan profile. Only Edits and Additions are synced
How to import data from Xplan
Click on the main authoring menu, Vertical Ellipse โโฎโ
Select Import Fact Find Data
Confirm Client to be imported
Click Import

Data edited within Advice Designer that exists in Xplan will be appended
Data added within Advice Designer that was not exported to Xplan will not get appended
How to export data to Xplan
Click on the main authoring menu, Vertical Ellipse โโฎโ
Select Export Fact Find Data
Confirm Xplan site to export to
Click Export
Click Close
