Add/adjust Review Preferences in your Workspace

How to configure Review Preferences for a Workspace (Practice)

Review Preferences let you set Workspace-wide defaults for how Reviews are calculated, which sections they include, and how their report columns are labelled and ordered. Setting these up once saves your advisers from configuring the same options on every Review they create.

💡Note: Users can still override these defaults when authoring a specific Review.

How to access Review Preferences

  1. Click on your Avatar.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Navigate to the Workspace tab.

  4. In line with the intended Workspace, click the Vertical Ellipse “⋮” to View.

  5. Within the Workspace, click on the Review Preferences tab

Set default report columns

Each report type — Summary, Valuation, Performance, Asset Allocation, and Fund Investment Performance — has its own tab for controlling which columns appear on that report by default, what they're labelled, and in what order they're displayed.

For each tab:

  1. Tick the checkbox next to any column you want included by default

  2. Use the Name Override field to change the column's display label (this doesn't change the underlying data — only how the header reads on the report)

  3. Drag the ⋮⋮ handle to the left of a row to reorder columns

  4. Click Save Changes
