A Workspace represents a practice, nested within a Licensee associated with an Organisation.
How to access a Workspace
Users who have been invited into a Workspace, will be able to access the Workspace via their User Profile.
Click on your Avatar.
Select My Profile.
Navigate to the Workspace tab.
In line with the intended Workspace, click the Vertical Ellipse “⋮” to View.
Details
On the details tab you can upload the Workspace Logo and capture the Details, Office and Postal Address
💡Note: The ABN field will only allow 11 digits, without any spaces

Advice Designer accommodates custom Asset Classes.
It's important to capture the Asset Classes exactly as they are within your Xplan site.
💡Note: Not all Workspaces will require the Asset Classes to be captured, as it can be managed at the Licensee level.
