A Workspace represents a practice, nested within a Licensee associated with an Organisation.
How to access a Workspace
Users who have been invited into a Workspace, will be able to access the Workspace via their User Profile.
Click on your Avatar.
Select My Profile.
Navigate to the Workspace tab.
In line with the intended Workspace, click the Vertical Ellipse “⋮” to View.
Details
On the details tab, you can upload the Workspace Logo, capture the Details, Office and Postal Address
💡Note: The ABN field will only allow 11 digits, without any spaces
Users
Adding a user to your Workspace as an Admin/Member gives them access to all Clients and existing Plans in the Workspace. They will also be able to create new plans.
Review Preferences
Admin users can set the Review defaults that will be adhered to for all users within the Workspace, although the users can adjust these per review where necessary.
Asset Classes
It's important to capture the Asset Classes exactly as they are within your Xplan site. Advice Designer accommodates custom Asset Classes.
💡Note: Not all Workspaces will require the Asset Classes to be captured, as it can be managed at the Licensee level.
Risk Profiles
It's important to capture the Risk Profiles exactly as they are within your Xplan site.
💡Note: Not all Workspaces will require the Risk Profiles to be captured, as it can be managed at the Licensee level.
Disclosures
Identify the appropriate Representation type, as this will auto-populate the appropriate references on the advice documents and presentation.
For Mandatory Practice-specific disclosures to populate in each Advice Document, add them with the Add Disclosure button.
🥇TIP: Capture disclosures individually, with names that would represent the header to allow for appropriate formatting in the merged advice documents.
Strategy Library
Advice Designer offers a complimentary Strategy Text Library, containing 144+ Strategies, which is maintained in-house. Users can elect to use this library, create additional strategies, or construct their own libraries entirely.
Product Library
Advice Designer offers a complimentary Product Text Library, which is maintained in-house. Users can elect to use this library, create additional products, or construct their own libraries entirely.
Fact Sheets
Advice Designer offers a complimentary Fact Sheets Library, containing 51 advice category-based education flyers, which is maintained in-house. Users can elect to use this library, create additional fact sheets, or construct their own libraries entirely.
Video Library
Advice Designer offers a complimentary Video Library, containing 9 advice category-based videos, which is maintained in-house. Users can elect to use this library, create additional videos, or construct their own libraries entirely.
Branding
Advice Designer accommodates custom branding for each practice, from the heading font colour represented on the advice documents to the 12 colours used on the projection modelling charts.
Themes
Advice Designer accommodates custom themes (imagery) for each practice, populated within the documents as well as presentations.
Quick Text
Advice Designer's infrastructure accommodates users' nuanced, repeatable texts to be captured within the structure of template libraries for use throughout plan productions.

Presentation Preferences
Allows workspace admins to configure and manage default presentation inclusions for plans created within the workspace.
Tick/Untick the following boxes as are necessary:
Default include investment replacement of product in presentation
Default include investment like for like in presentation
Default include product costs in presentation
Default include insurance replacement of product in presentation
Default insurance insurance like for like in presentation
Modelling Preferences
Allows workspace admins to configure and manage default projections and charts for advisors within the workspace.
