Overview
Once a Review is published, you can push the advice document and its supporting documents straight to the client's profile in Worksorted — either as a Note or against an existing Job.
Before you start
The Review must be Published. Export Content isn't available while a Review is in Draft. To publish, go to the Presentation step, select Publish, then Confirm.
Worksorted must be connected to your workspace. If it isn't, you can connect it from within the export window — see Connect Worksorted below.
To export to a Job, the client needs an existing Job in Worksorted.
⚠️Important: Publishing finalises and locks the Review for presentation. Make sure your content is complete before you confirm.
🏅Tip: Before exporting, open the Presentation step and check the Attachments tab. The Supporting Documents listed there are what will be sent alongside the advice document. Use Add Attachment if anything is missing.
Export to Worksorted
Select Reviews in the top navigation and open a review with a Published status.
Select the vertical ellipsis ⋮ in the top-right corner of the review header.
Select Export Content.
Under Export to App, select Worksorted, then select Next.
Search for and select the client's Worksorted profile.
Choose where the documents should go:
Notes — select a Category and Sub Category. Documents appear on the client's profile in the Notes widget.
Jobs — select an existing Job. Documents appear on the client's profile in the Current Job widget.
Select Export.
You'll receive a notification under the bell icon (top right) once the export has succeeded.
💡 Note: Worksorted has a few file limits to be aware of:
Individual documents over 20MB aren't sent, as Worksorted doesn't support them.
Where the total is under 20MB, documents may be split across multiple notes.
Documents with the same file name are treated as duplicates — only one will be sent. Give each supporting document a unique name before exporting.
