Issue
The client has Severity Based Illness cover, and you can't quote it, link it or see its benefits in a comparison.
Why This Happens
Severity Based Illness cover can be recorded in Insurance Research, but it can't be quoted or linked to the research library. It needs a manual approach.
What You Can Do

Record existing cover | Yes | Add it in Current Situation with Add Existing Cover, and enter the sum insured under Severity Based Illness |
Link to a product | No | Leave the policy unlinked |
Set a status | Yes | On the Recommendations tab, set it to Hold, Replace, Cancel, Vary or Exclude |
Quote new cover | No | Use Add Manual Recommendation to add a replacement product |
