Add, Edit & Archive Product text

Advice Designer offers a complimentary Product Text Library which is maintained in-house. Users can elect to use this library or construct their own.

πŸ’‘Note: Only Organisation, Licensee or Workspace Admin users have the ability to manage the Product Text library.

Adding Product text to a Workspace

  1. Click on your Avatar and select Your Profile, from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Workspaces tab

  3. View the Workspace you wish to add Product Text to

  4. Select the Product tab

  5. Click the +Add button

  6. Capture all Product Details fields, as well as Advice, Things you should know and More information

  7. Set the Status as Published

  8. Click Create


Archiving Product text in the Workspace

  1. Click on your Avatar and select Your Profile, from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Workspaces tab

  3. View the Workspace you wish to add Product Text to

  4. Select the Product tab

  5. Either select multiple products, with the left side tick boxes, and select Manage Access

  6. Or click on the 'ellipse' icon to Edit the status of the individual Strategy Text to Archived

πŸ’‘Note: Clicking the Global Content toggle will archive all products natively provided by Advice Designer
