Add, Edit & Archive Strategy text

Advice Designer offers a complimentary Strategy Text Library, containing 140 Strategies, which is maintained in-house. Users can elect to use this library, add custom strategies or construct their own entirely.

πŸ’‘Note: Only Organisation, Licensee or Workspace Admin users have the ability to manage the Strategy Text library.

Adding Strategy text to a Workspace

  1. Click on your Avatar and select Your Profile, from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Workspaces/Licensee/Organisation tab

  3. Click the vertical ellipse to View the Workspace/Licensee/Organisation in which you wish to add StrategyText to

  4. Select the Strategy tab

  5. Click the +Add button

  6. Capture all Strategy Details fields, as well as Advice, Benefits, Things you should know, Implementation and More information

  7. Set the Status as Published

  8. Click Create


Archiving Strategy text in a Workspace

  1. Click on your Avatar and select Your Profile, from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Workspaces/Licensee/Organisation tab

  3. Click the vertical ellipse to View the Workspace/Licensee/Organisation in which the StrategyText exist

  4. Select the Strategy tab

  5. Either select multiple strategies, with the left side tick boxes, and select Manage Access

  6. Or click on the 'ellipse' icon to Edit the status of the individual Strategy Text to Archived

πŸ’‘Note: Clicking the Global Content toggle will archive all strategies natively provided by Advice Designer
