Add, Edit & Archive Fact Sheets

Advice Designer offers a complimentary Fact Sheets Library, containing 51 advice category based education flyers, which is maintained in-house. Users can elect to use this library or construct their own.

πŸ’‘Note: Only Organisation, Licensee or Workspace Admin users have the ability to manage the Fact Sheet library.

Adding Fact Sheets

  1. Click on your Avatar and select Your Profile, from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Workspaces/Licensee/Organisation tab

  3. View the Workspaces/Licensee/Organisation you wish to add Fact Sheet to

  4. Select the Fact Sheets tab

  5. Click the +Add button

  6. Capture all Fact Sheet fields; Status, Fact Sheet, Fact Sheet Heading and Context

  7. Set the Status as Draft*/Published

    *Draft versions not being visible to users

  8. Click Create


Linking Fact Sheets to a Strategy

Once a Fact Sheet is added is can be linked to Strategies to ensure automatic inclusion in plans where the linked strategy is recommended.

  1. Click on your Avatar and select Your Profile, from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Workspaces/Licensee/Organisation tab

  3. View the Workspace/Licensee/Organisation in which the custom Fact Sheet exist

  4. Select the Fact Sheets tab

  5. Click on the vertical ellipse in line with the custom Fact Sheet

  6. Select Strategy Link

  7. Tick the box against the Strategy you wish to link the Fact Sheet

  8. Select Save


Archiving Fact Sheets

  1. Click on your Avatar and select Your Profile, from the drop down menu.

  2. Select the Workspaces/Licensee/Organisation tab

  3. View the Workspaces/Licensee/Organisation you wish to add Fact Sheet to

  4. Select the Fact Sheets tab

  5. Either select multiple Fact Sheets, with the left side tick boxes, and select Manage Access

  6. Or click on the 'ellipse' icon to Edit the status of the individual Fact Sheet to Archived

πŸ’‘Note: Clicking the Global Content toggle will archive all Fact Sheets natively provided by Advice Designer
