Configure the Licensee

Add/change details. Workspace, Users, Disclosures and Remuneration preferences of the Licensee

A Licensee structure is sublevel to an Organisation, with the potential of having many connected Workspaces below.

How to access a Licensee

Users who are an Admin user of a Licensee or an Organisation Admin user, connected with the Licensee, will be able to access the Licensee via their User Profile.

  1. Navigate to the Licensee tab OR Navigate to the Organisation.

  2. IF only the Organisation is listed, click the Vertical Ellipse โ€œโ‹ฎโ€ to View.

  3. Then click on the Licensee Tab.


Details

On the details tab you can capture the Licensee Details, Office and Postal Address

๐Ÿ’กNote: The ABN field will only allow 11 digits, without any spaces


Workspaces

A Licensee Admin user will have the ability to create/view and edit existing Workspaces.

Users

Invite users into the Licensee:

  1. Click on the Invite User button

  2. Capture the users' email address and select Role.

  3. Click Send Invite

๐Ÿ’กNote: Users invited into the Licensee will be able to edit both the Licensee and connected Workspaces.

Remove Access from the Licensee:

  1. Click the Vertical Ellipse โ€œโ‹ฎโ€

  2. Select Remove Access

๐Ÿ’กNote: Removing a user from the Licensee does not impact their roles within a Workspace(s).


Disclosures

Set the FSG Version and Version Date as well as any Licensee level Disclosure which will merge in all connected Workspaces' advice documents.

These disclosure details will appear in output documents under the Important relationships and information


Strategy

The Strategy Library can be managed by the Licensee in 3 ways.

  1. Opting to allow/disallow all Licensees and Workspaces from using the Advice Designer Global library:

  2. Adding custom text which can be used by all Licensees and Workspaces attached: Create Strategy Text

  3. Archiving individual strategy text which is not relevant to all Licensees and Workspaces attached: Archiving Strategy Text

๐Ÿ’กNote: Clicking the Global Content toggle will archive all strategies natively provided by Advice Designer


Product

Similar to the Strategy contact the Product Library can be managed by the Licensee in the same 3 ways:

  1. Opting to allow/disallow all connected Workspaces from using the Advice Designer Global library:

  2. Adding custom text which can be used by all Licensees and Workspaces attached: Create Product Text

  3. Archiving individual strategy text which is not relevant to all Workspaces attached: Archiving Product Text


Remuneration

Set the Licensee preference on Fees & Costs, whether a fee breakdown or total fees only.


Quick Text

Quick text is templated wording created for fields used throughout the Plan Authoring pages.

Quick Text set at a Licensee level is usable by all users in connected Workspaces.

How to add Quick Text

  1. Navigate to the Licensee

  2. Click on the Quick Text tab

  3. Click Add Quick Text button

  4. Capture a Name, the Section, Sub-section and Quick Text wording

  5. Click Create
