Issue
A product you expected to see isn't in the Quote Results.
How to Fix It
Work through these checks in order.
1. Check Excluded Products
Below the results, click Excluded Products, then click Reasons beside the product. This shows why each cover couldn't be quoted. Common reasons are an age limit, a maximum sum insured, ownership the product doesn't support, or a cover that wasn't requested but is mandatory for that product.
2. Check Required Features
In the Needs Editor, open Required Features for each cover. Products without a ticked feature are excluded. Untick features that aren't essential.
3. Check the Provider list
Click ⋮ at the top right of the scenario and select Provider list. Make sure the insurer is ticked.
4. Check the Approved Product List
Click ⋮ and select Scenario settings. On General, check the Approved Product List. If the product isn't on the list and your licensee doesn't allow changes within a scenario, contact your licensee administrator.
5. Check campaigns
If you're expecting a campaign price, check the campaign is ticked under Scenario settings > Campaigns.
After any change, click Requote.
