Only plans that have no further purpose should be archived. Both a published and draft plan can be archived.
💡Important Note: If a Published plan is archived any client-shared plans will no longer be accessible by the client. This is not a reversible state.
How to archive a plan:
To Archive a plan you navigate to Plans
Select the click on the ':' ellipse menu against the Plan.
Select Archive and follow the prompts:
