Within the Plan Authoring process you can elect to include Xtools+ projections tables, charts and assumptions into the Advice document Body, Appendix and/or Plan Presentation.

Within the Projections tab
Click the vertical ellipse of the table desired
Select View Projection
* To set a period view Click All Periods
* To set subsequent periods Click No More
Tick Body/Appendix/Presentation
Select Save

Within the Charts tab
Click the vertical ellipse of the table desired
Select View Chart
* To set a period view Click All Periods
* To set subsequent periods Click No More
Tick Body/Appendix/Presentation
Select Save
How to Include Projections Tables/Charts in the Advice Document Body, Appendix or Presentation in Bulk
Within either the Projections/Charts tab
Tick the left box of the table/chart desired
Click Update Section
Tick Body/Appendix/Presentation
Select Apply
How to add commentary
Multiple commentary fields can be added in the Body, Appendix and/or Presentation.
Click the Add Commentary button
Add Name and context
Select Save
How to order inclusions
Projections Tables and Charts included in the Body/Appendix can be ordered.
Hover over the Chart/Tables include
Click and Hold the left mouse button
Drag and drop to order accordingly.
